At Journey Salon & Day Spa we’re committed to providing you with the service you deserve. Please do not hesitate to speak with one of our staff regarding any questions you may have.
Cell phones should be turned off or on vibrate. Cell phones are not permitted in the spa.
For the comfort and safety of our clients, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa unless receiving a spa service.
While we welcome children in the hair salon who have an appointment, we do not have the facilities to watch children during their parents’ appointments in the salon. Children under the age of 12 may not wait in the lobby unless supervised by an adult. Thank you for enabling us to make your time and other’s time at Journey private, peaceful and relaxing.
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a 24-hour notice. Packages and multiple service appointment changes require a 48-hour notice. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the total service cost for missed appointments and late cancellations.
Packages requiring multiple services may require scheduling in advance to accommodate your time schedule and specific requests. Please plan ahead for your spa packages.
“The Complete Journey” package and multiple service appointments require a credit card at the time of scheduling to hold your appointment. If you fail to show or do not cancel at least 48 hours in advance, your credit card will be charged 50% of the total cost of the package. The charge is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future purchases.
